Guidelines for presenters

For each paper we reserve 30 min. We suggest to divide it as follows: 20 min for presentation and 10 min for discussion.

A computer with MS Office will be available in each conference room, however we suggest to prepare your presentation in both ppt (pptx) and pdf file. Presenters can use their own laptop as well.

There will be internet connection for presenters in each conference room.
